Project Management Professional (PMP)® is a internationally accepted certificate issued by PMI. PMP credential certifies your knowledge and experience in leading and directing project teams and delivering project results within the limits of defined time, budget and resources. To obtain PMI PMP® certification you must meet defined requirements of education and professional experience, including successful testing knowledge.
To this end, it is recommended that the candidate familiarize yourself with:
- Policies and procedures of testing found in the appropriate brochures.
- Reference source of knowledge about project management in order to be informed on the current terminology and processes (PMBOK® Guide).
Preparatory courses organized by PMI Registered Education Provider (REP), PMI Components (PMI YU Chapter) and other educational institutions are also of great help.
Еxam fee depends on whether you are a member of PMI or not, and a examination delivery type (CBT – computer-based testing or PBT – paper-based testing). In the case of reexamination cost is lower. Details can be found in the relevant brochures for the PMP and CAPM.
